JULIUS CAESAR

The Ides of March, 44 B.C. Through the strength of its legions and its administrative skills, Rome has become the world’s mightiest empire, and one man has become the mightiest Roman: Julius Caesar. Many wish to offer him the Emperor’s crown, but others, impelled by fear, jealousy or sincere patriotism, are against giving one person so much power. Despite the pleas of his wife, Caesar insists on going to the Senate, which sparks an epic civil war. Jason Robards, Charlton Heston, Sir John Gielgud, Robert Vaughn and Richard Chamberlain star.
