In 440 B.C. the King of Persia chooses for his queen, a lovely Judean girl named Esther, and thereby earns the undying enmity of his ambitious cousin and chief minister, Haman. As Esther’s positive influence on the king grows, Haman plans to get rid of them both and then massacre the despised Judeans.
