When three Australian BMX bikers stumble on a cache of two-way radios, they decide to sell them. Little do they know that the radios are tuned to the police frequency and belong to a gang of bank robbers. While the kids and their customers inadvertently disrupt police traffic, two bumbling thieves scour the city, determined to recover their equipment; but neither the cops, nor the robbers, are any match for these resourceful teens. Provides good entertainment for all ages, and features Nicole Kidman in her first major role.
